Home made Icing cake is my favorite. It is very delicious.
 I love to decorate cakes with icing. I make and decorate cakes for our family's birthdays. 

 7 types of Icing
 
1. Buttercream
2.Flat
3.Foam
4.Fondant
5.Fudge
6.Royal
7.Glazes

 


Ingredients of Home made Cake , 

 > 3 cup all purpose flour

> 4 eggs 

> 2 teaspoon baking soda 

> 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 

> 11/2 cup powder sugar 

> 1 cup butter

>  1 cup milk

 


Ingredients for Icing , 

> Sugar 

> Butter

>Vanilla essence

  Golden Memories Of  5 Years Friendship 💖💖   I met first my best friend Thilini in 2018. She entered our school for advanced level studies.  On the first day, I thought she was a quite child who didn't talk much. I talked Thilini for the first time in the music room. As we continued our talk that day, I felt that she was a good friend.  After few days we became best friends. We shared joys and sorrows. She is really like an elder sister to me.  Both of our families became friends because of us. My Favorite Female Singer💕  Sashika Nisansala Jayasumana is my favorite female singer. She was born in 28th of  September 1981. She is 41 years old. She went to Anula Vidyalaya for advanced level studies. After that she entered to University of Kelaniya for complete her specail degree in Bachelor of Arts. Then in 2006, she completed her Master of Arts degree. She is married and they has two sons.  She is songstress, playback singer and producer in Sri Lanka. Her voice is very beautiful and I like that amazing voice. She won the SLIM-Nielsen People Awards for the Most Popular Female Singer for record seven consecutive years since 2016. Also she won Raigam Awards, Sumathi Awards.  She has so many good qualities. That is the reason to I like her so much. She is very humble and kind hearted person. She wears her cloths very neatly and decently. She is very polite and friendly.
